What it is
Empower Good is a network of Christian small group communities focused on the question:
What is God asking you to do with your life?
Our aim is to help every Christian carry out his or her God-given mission.
Who it’s for/how it helps
Christian lay leaders, you get a prepackaged, next-level discipleship process with real people support. If you care about the Kingdom of God, and you can gather two or more Christians together to talk about our Christian faith, we have everything you need.
Pastors, we offer you a way to nurture, develop, and leverage the calling and the Kingdom potential of the people in your congregation.
Christians frustrated because your calling is not recognized, supported, encouraged—we offer you validation, support, and a way to break through.
Frustrated Christians, we offer you a way to break through to the next level and access a deeper, more meaningful experience with God.
Post church Christians and Christians who aren’t finding close friends in church, we offer you high-trust community with a meaningful discipleship process.
Christians trying to figure out your calling, we offer you tools to identify exactly what God is asking you to do with your life in this season.
Our three core values/beliefs
(1) You’re here for a reason
(2) We’re better together
(3) Fix yourself* before you fix your world (*or, more accurately, let God fix what’s broken inside you)
How it works

You start, join, or lead a small group community.
It could be you mentoring one other person. It could be a gathering of any number of people where a discussion can take place and every person will have an opportunity to participate. (Usually 2-12 people.)
You might meet in person locally or you might meet online (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
Groups typically meet weekly for an hour, but that’s up to your group.
Use the Empower Good Meeting Guide to guide your conversation as a group.
The Empower Good Meeting Guide contains questions, readings, and resources to help everyone in your group grow. It also contains detailed information for you as the discussion or community leader. And there’s room for each group member to take notes during the meeting
What The Big Book is to AA, the Empower Good Meeting Guide is to Empower Good.
Empower Good Meeting Guide is available on Amazon.
Every person in your group should have a copy.
We don’t want money to be a barrier. If you’re poor—not cheap—but poor, and can’t afford the Meeting Guide, contact me, and I’ll email you a PDF. If members of your group cannot afford the Meeting Guide, likewise, let me know, I’ll send you a PDF you can share and/or print out for them.

Join the Empower Good membership platform.
Here’s why…
As community discussion leader, you get access to the Community Leaders Mastermind where you can post questions, get prayer, share best practices, resolve problems, and take your community to the next level.
You and your members get access to resources like the Christian Superpower Quiz, the Kingdom Footprint worksheet, PDF copies of several books (including the Empower Good Meeting Guide).
You and your members will be able to meet, befriend, and network with people from other Empower Good small group communities. This can be so incredibly valuable depending on the calling of each person in your community.
The Empower Good membership platform is built on the Heartbeat Chat technology. It functions much like Facebook with better privacy, better control, and better event features.
Upon request, we can set up a private channel for the members of your Empower Good small group community.
We don’t want money to be an obstacle. You get a 21-day free trial. After that, you pay whatever monthly amount you feel Empower Good is worth to you. If you can’t afford to pay anything, you can volunteer in the community in place of payment. We need intercessors, moderators, tech savvy people, and more.
Empower Good is NOT set up as a nonprofit. However, a portion of your membership fees will go to help persecuted Christians worldwide. Beyond that, the funds we receive will be used pay platform expenses and to pay the people who will be working (often behind the scenes) to make sure you and your community members have a positive experience with Empower Good.
